What a wonderful experience

𝐀𝐬 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐭: 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚 𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞!

Different backgrounds, different sectors and different roles within the organisations made it possible to share experiences and get to the heart of the steps needed for real change, not only in safety but for the whole organisation.

For this beautiful (and exciting) outcome we have to thank all the attendees, without their participation all this would not have been possible.
We have to thank Robert J. de Boer for being able to lead these 4 days by letting the participants navigate in their comfort zone and then bringing them back to the new view, and Sidney (Sidney Dekker) for challenging us every day to go further.
Finally, a personal thank you to Georgina Poole for spurring me on to continue on this path and Enrica De Blasi for the perfect management of the event.
